UR9EV GE high-performance industrial control module
1. High-performance computing and processing capabilities
Dual-core processor architecture
It adopts a dual-core ARM Cortex-A9 processor with a main frequency as high as 1GHz, and is paired with 1GB DDR3 SDRAM. It can handle complex protection algorithms (such as differential protection and distance protection) and real-time control logic in parallel. The response time is as low as 1ms, meeting the protection requirements of high-speed power systems.
Supports multi-tasking operating systems, allowing independent processes such as protection, monitoring, and communication to run simultaneously, avoiding interference between tasks.
Hardware acceleration engine
It is equipped with a dedicated digital signal processor (DSP) and FPGA coprocessor, which perform hardware acceleration for protection algorithms to enhance the speed of fault detection (such as overcurrent protection action time<10ms).
Supports floating-point operations with a precision of up to 32 bits, ensuring the accuracy of complex calculations such as harmonic analysis and power calculation.

Multi-dimensional electrical protection
Current protection: Supports overcurrent, overload, negative sequence current, and zero sequence current protection, and can be configured with inverse time limit characteristics (such as IEC standard curves).
Voltage protection: It provides overvoltage, undervoltage and voltage imbalance protection, suitable for scenarios with frequent grid fluctuations.
Differential protection: Supports differential protection for transformers and generators, features proportional braking characteristics, and can distinguish between faults within and outside the zone.
Other protections: including frequency protection, power direction protection, ground fault protection (small current grounding line selection), etc., meeting the all-round protection requirements of the power system.
Adaptive protection mechanism
It supports online adaptive adjustment of protection parameters and can automatically switch protection strategies according to the system operation mode (such as grid-connected/island mode), enhancing system flexibility.
It is equipped with a fault waveform recording function, capable of storing the voltage/current waveforms of 20 cycles before the fault and 60 cycles after the fault, with a resolution of 16 bits, providing precise data for fault analysis.

Multi-protocol compatibility
Supports mainstream industrial protocols such as IEC 61850-9-2 (SV/GOOSE), Modbus TCP/IP, DNP3, Profibus, etc., and can be seamlessly integrated into smart substations and distributed energy systems.
It is equipped with 2 independent Ethernet ports, supporting ring network redundancy (such as STP/RSTP), with a communication bandwidth of up to 100Mbps, ensuring the reliability of data transmission.
Distributed collaborative control
The rapid tripping command transmission is achieved through the GOOSE mechanism (with a delay of less than 3ms), and it supports interlock control among multiple devices (such as automatic transfer and load transfer).
It supports integration with SCADA systems and DCS systems to achieve remote monitoring and parameter configuration, and can be visually managed through a Web interface or dedicated software (such as URSetup).

Redundant design and fault safety
The power module supports dual power input of 120V AC/DC or 24V DC. It is equipped with a built-in supercapacitor to ensure that key data is not lost in case of power failure (retention time > 10 seconds).
It is equipped with a watchdog timer and hardware self-check function. When a system anomaly is detected, it will automatically restart or trigger a safe output.
Adaptation to harsh environments
Operating temperature: -40℃ to +70℃. It adopts wide-temperature components and fanless design, suitable for extreme environments such as deserts and polar regions.
Protection grade: IP20 grade enclosure, resistant to vibration (IEC 60068-2-6) and shock (IEC 60068-2-27), in compliance with the EMC anti-interference standard for industrial sites (IEC 61000-4).

The analog input supports multiple signal types such as ±10V and ±20mA, with a resolution of 16 bits, meeting the requirements of high-precision measurement.
Simplify debugging and maintenance
Supports online programming and firmware upgrade, allowing you to update functions without disassembling the device.
It is equipped with built-in LED status indication and fault diagnosis functions, which can quickly locate hardware faults. Support remote maintenance, and achieve remote parameter modification and fault detection through encrypted channels.
